Stephen Lee is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He formed Chantry & Co in August 2019 having run a successful and trusted Professional Services team within a multi-disciplinary Building Consultancy practice for many years.

He has wide experience in all core areas of building surveying and specialises in Building Surveys of residential and commercial property, Schedules of Condition, Dilapidations and residential Valuation.

A keen personal and professional interest in historic buildings have informed a long experience in surveying and reporting on Listed, historic, ecclesiastical and other sensitive buildings. A particular area of practice has been within the high-value property market.

Stephen has acted as Expert Witness in matters of building dispute and property valuation.
