The Building Survey offers the greatest depth of information and seeks to not only identify defects but to discuss their likely causes, suggested repairs, related risks and associated costs, so that priorities for any action can be understood at an early stage.

The Survey report concludes with a prioritised summary presenting defects and also gives advice as to forecasting future repair needs, risks associated with the property and actions or enquiries to be made prior to purchase.
