Building Surveys

The Building Survey offers the greatest depth of information and seeks to not only identify defects but to discuss their likely causes, suggested repairs, related risks and associated costs, so that priorities for any action can be understood at an early stage.

The Survey report concludes with a prioritised summary presenting defects and also gives advice as to forecasting future repair needs, risks associated with the property and actions or enquiries to be made prior to purchase.

Valuations

Chantry & Co is a RICS Registered Valuer.  We have long and up-to-date experience in the valuation of residential property for various purposes.

We can provide Market Valuations for purchase, marital, probate, and other specialist purposes.

We also provide valuations of flats, maisonettes and blocks for lease extension and enfranchisement purposes.

Rebuilding Cost Assessment (Insurance Valuations)

As an RICS Registered Valuer, we offer Rebuilding Cost Assessment valuations for the purposes of insurance policies, compliant with relevant RICS guidance, for most conventional building types.
